Leta's interests must be protected. Decisions that prioritise child safety over company growth will be treated as a performance failure.
By signing, you agree to an indefinite NDA: your conscience is now a proprietary secret of Leta Platforms Inc.
By signing below, you confirm your responsibilities to Leta, its shareholders, and its growth objectives. Child safety concerns should be managed through appropriate internal channels.

Performance Scoring

You begin with 3 performance credits. Each time you prioritise child safety over growth, you lose one. Lose all three and you are terminated.

The Concept

You just played the role of a Meta employee.

This is a short, interactive game where you're placed inside the machine. Every decision directly affected two numbers: Corporate Compliance and User Well-being. Those two numbers, by design, almost always pull against each other.

The Inspiration

This came from real data — not fiction.

The scenarios are drawn directly from internal documents, court filings, and whistleblower testimonies. One pattern kept showing up: DODGE — deny, deflect, delay, create doubt.

Deny

The outright rejection that a problem, mistake, or event ever occurred.

Deflect

Redirecting blame or attention away from the original issue and onto someone or something else.

Delay

Postponing or prolonging the resolution of an issue.

Distract

Using public apologies and PR campaigns to redirect attention without making any binding commitments.

Doubt

Questioning the facts, the motives, or the sanity of the person bringing up the issue.

The Point

Design is never neutral.

The interfaces, recommendation systems, and notification loops we interact with every day were built by people making choices.
